Mitten Stays brings our favorite getaways together under one name, from Northport and Bellaire to the U.P. With more than a decade in hospitality, we care about the space, the welcome, and the people who make a stay worth coming back to.
Michigan has its own regions, seasons and ways to stay. We’re building a platform for rental properties of every kind, with clear fees and direct conversations between guests and hosts. Our aim is simple: help hosts keep more of what they earn and give guests room for a better overall rate.

We build your basic rental website and host it with a calendar. Your listing is included, plus $10 per confirmed booking through our tools.
Explore full hostingTwo plans, one direct connection. Switch between Basic and Full Hosting without a switching penalty; your chosen plan’s charges still apply. Basic listings have no booking fee. Full hosting is $750 fixed in year one, then $250 per year plus $10 per confirmed booking. No additional $99 listing charge. Paid promotions and local sponsorships are available by proposal.
