Choose one plan per property, and switch between Basic and Full Hosting without a switching fee or penalty. Standard plan charges still apply. Full hosting charges the host $10 once per confirmed booking made through our hosted website or calendar. Clicks, inquiries, declined requests and outside dates blocked on the calendar do not trigger a booking fee. We confirm setup, payment arrangements and service dates before activation.

A basic rental website, website hosting, a hosted calendar and your Mitten Stays listing. Website startup is $500 once; ongoing hosting is $250 per year. The first year has a $750 fixed cost, plus $10 per confirmed booking. Later years are $250 plus booking fees. The $99 basic listing charge is not added.
What triggers the $10 booking fee?
The full-hosting fee applies to a confirmed booking made through our hosted calendar or website. It is not charged for a click, an inquiry, a declined request, or dates blocked for a booking made elsewhere. One booking incurs one $10 fee, even when both tools are used. Basic listings have no booking fee.
Can guests still contact me or use my own website?
Yes. We offer direct host contact and your own website link alongside the plan you choose. Your guests can speak with the people hosting them.
Can I keep a basic listing without full hosting?
Yes. A basic listing is $99 per year per property. Keep your own website or direct Facebook page, calendar and booking process. It includes search and map discovery and has no per-booking fee.
Can I switch between Basic and Full Hosting?
Yes. There is no switching fee or penalty. Your chosen plan’s standard prices still apply, and the $500 website startup is a one-time charge when we first build your basic website. We agree on the change date, any remaining paid service period, existing bookings and website or domain handover before making the change. Plan changes are arranged with our team; they do not automatically cancel guest reservations.
Does a service request start billing automatically?
No. We confirm the service scope, booking setup, start date and payment arrangements with you first. Annual services renew by agreement; this form authorizes no payment or automatic renewal. Domain costs and any additional website work are discussed before payment.
How do promotions and sponsorships work?
They are optional, separate services offered by proposal. Paid placements are clearly labeled and relevant to the region or subject. Placement and timing are agreed before payment, without a guarantee of traffic, inquiries or bookings.
